The company
BOUAT CONSTRUCTION (BOUATCO) is an Algerian engineering and construction company, founded in 2010 and based in Draria, Algiers. It is both a design office and a construction contractor.
In two departments under one technical direction: Design & Engineering, which designs and sizes, and Construction, which builds to the design office's drawings.
Our head office is at 06, Lot F Boudjemaa Temime, Draria, Algiers. You can reach us Sunday to Thursday, 8:30 to 17:00.
Studies
Six services: architecture and civil engineering studies, hydraulic and roadworks studies, descriptive statements of division, fire safety plans for hotels and public buildings, site supervision, and technical and economic studies.
Yes. The Design & Engineering department works for clients who entrust execution to another contractor. Site supervision then remains available as an option.
Yes: building permits, descriptive statements of division and fire safety files for public buildings are part of our design services.
The legal and technical division of a building into lots, with shares calculated on verified floor areas.
Yes: an engineer on site checks that what is built is what was designed.
Construction
Reinforced concrete structures, steel construction such as warehouses and industrial frames, hydraulic works — reservoirs, pumping stations, networks — as well as earthworks and demolition.
Yes, provided we can verify the calculation notes and execution drawings supplied before starting. That verification is part of our responsibility commitment.
Yes. One contact carries both the design and the site, so responsibility is never passed between designer and builder.
Process and lead times
In four stages: survey and diagnosis, design and sizing, technical and cost study, then execution and handover.
For a standard operation, a preliminary estimate is issued within one to two weeks after the site visit and receipt of the programme.
RPA, DTR, seismic codes and fire safety. Compliance is prepared at the design stage; it cannot be caught up at handover.
Area covered
We work mainly in Algiers, Blida, Tipaza, Boumerdès, Médéa and Bouira. Other wilayas are possible depending on the nature and duration of the operation.

No. We publish no price list and no range: a quotation follows a study of the project or a site visit, because the figure depends on the brief, the ground and the execution constraints.
