BOUAT CONSTRUCTION (BOUATCO) is an Algerian engineering and construction firm, founded in 2010 and based in Draria, Algiers.
History
BOUATCO started in 2010 as a design office: a small team of civil and hydraulic engineers, a working method, and an order book built on the precision of its calculation notes.
Four years later the conclusion was unavoidable: even well-designed structures degrade during execution when the contractor does not share the logic of the study. The Construction department was created to remove that break.
Today both departments work under a single technical direction. The engineer who sizes a shear wall sees its reinforcement on site. That is our difference, and it is measured in schedule and delivered quality.

Technical rigour
Every design assumption is documented and every drawing is checked by a second engineer before issue.
Single responsibility
One interlocutor carries both study and site. No responsibility passed between designer and builder.
Project economics
We look for the soberest constructive solution, not the most spectacular. Budget is a design constraint.
Compliance
Seismic codes, technical regulations and fire safety: compliance is prepared during design, never recovered at handover.
