Personal data
Information sent through the contact form is used only to handle your enquiry. It is neither shared nor sold to third parties. Conversations with the site assistant are kept so that answers can be improved, without your IP address: only a salted fingerprint is stored, enough to recognise a repeated submission and not enough to identify you. You may ask for your data to be corrected or deleted at contact@bouatco.com.
The site assistant
The assistant relies on technical providers that process your messages on our behalf: Cerebras Systems to write the answers, Google to search the site content and to run the voice call, and Neon to host the conversations, in Europe. We pass on neither your name nor your address unless you write them into the conversation yourself. Voice calls are neither recorded nor transcribed by us: what you say is written down nowhere. Your browser keeps a random identifier for the life of the tab, under the key "bouat:assistant-visiteur", used only to count messages; it disappears when the tab closes.
Liability
Technical information published on this site is indicative and does not replace a specific study established for a given structure.
