Compliant safety files for buildings open to the public, through to the safety commission.
A building open to the public answers for its ability to be evacuated. Exits, travel distances and smoke extraction are sized against the occupancy and the classification of the building.
The file is prepared for a new building or an existing one, where the constraint is to reach compliance without rebuilding.
