Design and compliance upgrading of fire safety systems for hotels and public-access buildings.
We audit the building first: its classification, occupancy, escape routes, smoke extraction, firefighting provision and evacuation paths. Departures from the regulations are listed with their criticality.
We then produce the statutory drawings and the compliance file to be submitted to the safety commission and Civil Protection, and support the operator through to approval.
