Descriptive statement of division
Legal and technical division of a building into lots, with shares based on verified areas.
The descriptive division statement sets out what each owner holds in a shared building: the lots, the common parts, and the share attached to each lot.
It is a legal document as much as a technical one. It is built on a faithful survey of what exists, because an approximate area becomes a dispute a few years later.
Deliverables
- Survey and drawings of the existing building
- Definition of lots and common parts
- Table of ownership shares
- Document for land registration
