What we did.
The sloping plot led to a partial basement with retaining walls integrated into the structure, gaining a parking level without additional earthworks.
Lateral bracing is provided by reinforced concrete shear walls sized according to RPA 99 / 2003 version, with verification of inter-storey drift.
Weekly site supervision covered rebar inspection, fresh concrete testing and acceptance of concealed works.
